Convertible shares will continue into next year at about 125 to 150 million per quarter until we use up Available Shares which is currently 900 Million that will be used up in approximately mid 2018.

I don't think there is a way/law that Convertible Debt Holders can make us issue more shares to pay the remaining debt once shares are exhausted. I think they will be forced to be paid in cash and interest.

I hope management will confirm this with us because it is important.
