Yes, I am quite aware of all that...and so is every shareholder now wondering why all that glossy promise and greatness have now brought the pps to subpenny after the 1 for 20 first r/s. We are not heading for a possible subsubpenny pps and the second r/s.

IMO, the Biofrontera bruhaha has always been, IMO, just another "now you see it now you don't" management sleight of hand, not unlike the promised warrants deal after increasing the a/s to one billion, for putting more lipstick on this very ugly pig. Biofrontera is only a small company with very little money, a supposed skin ointment in development and a failed public offering of its stock which shocked the DNAG shareholders.

The bottom line is talk from the management of any company is cheap and meaningless. It is ONLY what the management does to back up that talk which counts. Unfortunately, DNAG management has done nothing over the past 6+ years except talk and destroy shareholder value.
