Sorry, that is another nonsensical response and a diversion from the actual subject matter. First of all it does not matter what I think whether the financing is in place before ground breaking nor anyone else for that matter. There is ZERO facts or statements concluding that financing has occurred. Personally, being in real estate and building a few million dollar homes, financing was always in place before hand, but not set in stone due to necessary conditions, I.E. You do XYZ and we will give you money. Everyone knows that anything can happen before money exchanges hands so why would people invest large sums of money on an unknown, heck, Jack could die etc...
Ever here of buy the rumor sell the news. Yes, my statements indicate that is how I trade to gather MORE shares, hope this helps you become a good trader!
