How about a recycle as to why we are all here, eh? No OBS - just CTs. Saw a nice play(s) in the CTs and rolled with it. Many will be wealthy beyond their beliefs after this is over, as well as WAMU. However, many here do not have enough patience to wait this out and many moving parts over the years to make one to sell.

But in this one, three things matter from '08 - the Prospectuses Guarantee, debt in BK and equity going forward and the fiduciary responsibility of the Trustees.

Lots of folks over the years have did things in the courts and we read about them. And good on them as folks are watching. Just sayin'. But it's time to go - and pay out - only the full monty plus.
