1) The company reported net income for the year of approximately $1.0 million compared to net income of $1.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2015. That's 2 years of a net of 1 million or more

2) Audit...still nothing there

3) just saying it doubled on a P&D a few weeks ago but not on this core business news. 3rd quarter might be another negative on net profit, we'll see but that would mean 4th qtr would have to be a doozy but won't know those numbers until 1st quarter 2018 so doesn't help for 2017.
