I'm sorry Ann but Dick Gabriel's "word" is meaningless when talking about shareholder value. Until management decides to get into the trenches with us (remove non-dilutive clauses) their comments about shareholder value are falling on these deaf ears.

I personally find it difficult to give Dick the benefit of the doubt when he has interests in both Biofrontera and DNAG. It just looks like he's got both hands in the both cookie jars, IMO.

And... I'm extremely uncomfortable with his statement of "we have established a reliable and trustworthy source of capital for the development of both companies". A realiable and trustworthy source that sells the heck out of the stock and has possibly/probably shorted it???

Sub-penny share price after the 1/20 reversal is shameful.
