The MM have been and are selling shares they DO NOT OWN. Under the guise of making a market. Then they swap shares between themselves to lower the price to try and cover from scared sellers. When 3 days lapse without covering they show as FTD'S, which is why they show on the REGSHO list. But when news hits and they have FTD'S, THIS WILL BE A DIFFERENT STORY.
