Q and Submariner....question. I know this is a pink sheet stock and I know this is a fledgling company still in the developmental stages. However, all the news, events and developments thus far have been more than positive. Q keeps saying that someone is always dumping shares. Why would anyone do that at this point in time and at these prices? Wouldn't it be to more people's advantage to get this stock up to a $1.00 and more with this low float? Everybody would be making good money.

If anyone has a free minute please speak on this.
