about the share structure who knows if law forced a company to filed it publicly in case of shares transfer in dtc deposit and in case of "unrestricted" shares.
furthermore how to know who has requested the shares transfer on deposit because banks, brokers, market makers can do it too ? and why do they would have done it ?
