So you are saying that the float number they gave that was "as of March 2016" is no longer relevant and that the new float is actually that DTC number so now the float is over 653 million shares????

Am I allowed to curse?

They must explain this.


Have you noticed that they keep updating the share structure on the otc site daily? The last updated figures were as of Oct 16th. Except the float of course.
