Playing a dangerous game, obviously the UMS Ch.11 does not supersede iTalk's SEC reporting obligations but I really believe their business plan was to withhold them, the combined filings until the UMS Ch.11 is over as to not invite anymore objections i.e Ursa Systems, aimo.

Timing is everything, can they escape this revocation? No one but the parties with the plan know at this point.
