I got this from the CEO:

"There is no reason to be concerned with the launch of our CBD Waters. Please understand that this product has been under development for the last 8-10 months and everything is coming to head. Launching a new product is a huge undertaking, with many moving parts, and most people don't understand what's involved to bring all those parts together.

We release press releases when we have significant updates and we hope to have one for our shareholders very soon.

Our goals for the remainder of 2017 have not changed. Launch our new CBD Water, file our S-1, complete our audit, and continue to grow through regional distribution.

The company, has been, and continues positioning our products to be attractive to a national distributor. We will announce our 2018 strategy and goals to our shareholders very soon."
