I have never seen a document wherein JC told the SEC that he has yet to conduct exploration of the property.

I have posted the CAR letter confirming that the permit is for the exploitation of coal. The letter references exploitation 8 times.

The SEC has nothing to do with CAR or the permit or the coal mine.
