So what? It's all part of the scam. Current shareholders will get wiped out with the 10,000 to 1 reverse split, then the second chapter of the same scam starts imo.

Gelmon is involved in both NOHO and Dragon Life Science and his tactics have been repeated nine times with other penny stock scams before.

The dilution scam continues.
