I wonder what you make of this statement from the court filing?

The basis for the Company’s business are Chinese
patents, developed in and patented in China. The marketing is conducted from China where
corporate purchasers are being sought the Company’s batteries and/or small fully electric
powered automobiles.

Note the basis isn't the "ongoing production of electric vehicles" or the "sale of batteries" or even "37% ownership in a manufacturer.

The only activity is seeking purchasers.

I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for billions in sales to show up on this quarter's financials.

Like I've always said, this company is not a real player in the EV space.
