I really do appreciate your "faith" in this contract to ultimately perform to the benefit of us shareholders. Unfortunately the 27 1/2% of Auryn that we own is not defined in the sales contract, is it? If "ifs" and "buts" were candy and nuts we would all have a merry Christmas. Please tell me why the 27 1/2% was not clearly defined in the contract. Don't you think men who negotiate contracts of this magnitude would know to make that clear? (smell test applied again)

I have a feeling that in any contract related to you and any personal matters relating to your financial investment, you would make sure the terms of the contract would be defined very clearly.
I know I would. In the contracts that I have negotiated, I always made sure my sellers were protected with clearly defined terms. How much more should this have been done in financial matters of this magnitude.
