Even if none have been sold it actually wouldn't be a huge pile of shares. At most it would take about 130-150 million to settle this. Just with the way it has been testing we could eat that up in a couple weeks. Throw in a big pr and we eat it up in a day or two. Then the way it looks the debt is cleared. I think lam bought up all the old debt from others at a discount that is why they would negotiate down to 33 percent. IMO. In the scope of what this company is doing this is a very minor share increase especially compounded with the reduction in shares we have had. Short sighted peeps may drive this down in the short term, but come end of the year we should be much higher with or without a big auto deal.
