Where to begin

- conversion is at .001 not .0001 - even if that was just a typo, it is a super critical one

- authorized shares is 900m. No evidence a lender can demand a change in SS as opposed to accepting cash for the debt when that max is reached

- at 1b shares (for easier math) this argument that our pps will match conversions says we should be valued at $1m, which flies in the face of all fundemental results. I promise to buy 10% if that day ever comes.
