Thanks JTFM. This is a very credible timeline. If I recall, the Roth conference was also called out on The Fly.

Do you think they are selling now because:

1) They want to sell before the patent office provides its final verdict.
2) They have already met with the patent office and have a green light.
3) Abbvie wants to outright own the patent before it is published.
4) They want to bid up the price to Abbvie and force their hand ahead of a patent decision.
5) Other?
