the point i'm trying to make is that if I own shares, that were indeed delivered to my broker, BKMP will not be able to buy back the O/S unless i sell my shares to them. I'm sure this is the case for MOST if not all of us on the board. The scenario that is being thrown around about buying the whole O/S then issuing a dividend to make the shorts pay.....seems unrealistic to me. As does this whole situation IMO.
