True. But although t-trades can be other things besides dilution, still dilution always shows through a t-trade.
Saying a dog does not have to be a beagle is true, but it doesn't mean that all beagles are not dogs. they still are. you are trying to state since all dogs are not beagles that it means all beagles are not dogs. True not all t-trades are dilution, but very true that all dilution shows through a t-trade.
SHow me where it does not.
OH, and how many deals have you personally done that gave you restricted shares you had to later get an opinion on and then unrestrict? I've done over 50. EVERY one was costly, and needed to be done through a special firm who would take the shares, and they ALWAYS did it through a t-trade when I sold. Including ... two weeks ago!
