They're gonna have to ramp up the pump so toxics can dump those $.0001s. It's unlikely they'll be successful though. Retail has been screwed over one too many times here. Likely they were almost at 10 billion O/S and needed to increase the A/S to allow dumping to continue. That's why they only went to 15 billion and not 20 or more.
Eventually the toxics will force a reverse split before lending more money.
