Do you mean to imply that your opinion is a better valuation of the company than the company who took venture convertible debt at a share price almost double today's pps? It comes across that way, so just looking for clarity as to why you feel strongly?

I think the venture capitalists may know better...at least I hope(no offense, but we are all on ihub here while they make deals)

If traders are playing the quick flip game, or have a different investment strategy that is a whole different conversation. But for those of us who believe in Tom, believe in the industry, and the segment he is trying to capture things are looking good here. especially the creative refinancing of debt, and open lines of capital.
