The federal government seizing assets in America has always been something people were aware of regardless of listing. Most investors already believe that to be improbable otherwise they wouldn't invest.

As I mentioned as long as Aphria continues to produce the stellar growth I don't think investors will care as much about where it's listed (although it does hold some weight). I believe your reaction to be a huge overreaction. Unless I'm missing something.
