I am in hopes that I can get shareholders to realize just how bad the sales contract is for us as shareholders. That is why I am making these post in this forum. Why Greg Chapin even approved this contract is a mystery to me but as I said, this also doesn't pass the smell test. How sad that over the years, men that we had trusted with our investment have failed to carry out their fiduciary responsibilities over and over again.

This contract is definitely written to the advantage of Auryn. And they purposely wrote it that way. This contract leaves us as shareholders defenseless and it's dangerous for us as shareholders.
Do we want to sit back and take it up the keister again or do we want to be proactive and try to save our investment? I for one am just not willing to sit back and possibly lose most of my investment, if not all of it. I will be proactive!
I hope to be making another post later in the day regarding the sales contract.
