As a matter fact, I've been watching L2 and whenever VNDM shows and there is any bid, he smacks it.... was it VNDM ? We don't know for sure but seems kind of weird that blocks are sold on the bid when he's in the ask.

If you ask me, this action is indicative of dilution. Just my opinion, I'm sure you'll hear the same from others though !!
