Raising the AS is simply a filing with the Sec of State, no revenue at all needed. The AS and RS will be approved. The AS increase will take place immediately upon approval. The RS may or may not take place, they have a year from the date of approval, time will tell. But, revenue not needed for either. If anything, both indicate a lack of revenue. However, very specific revenue levels, among other things, are needed for initial listing to Nasdaq, NYSE, etc...
