None of that will happen. The company has no money to market anything and they have a ton of toxic notes outstanding.
They also owe money to Crescent with no source of funds other than more toxic notes.

Companies with good tech don't sell out to broke stinky pinkies at $.0001.

When you think "there can't be that many people falling for this", remember the Bernie Madoff story and recall that over $50 BILLION of smart money fell for a great story.
