My opinion is FINRA's recent questions were about the "court case" although Tucker change is not dependent on it I'm sure it has some effect in any case I'm sure the company decided "hey look FINRA asking too many questions Ticker Change delayed already instead of prolonging this case let's drop it tell FINRA Case closed no more questions let's get on with Ticker change instead of prolonging case and everything!" That's my "guess" and it makes sense.
