Job Dimension
This position reports to Chief Business Controller's Division and carries the responsibilities to assure high quality of marketing services process of Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator (MVNA) (enterprise business segment) and Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) (consumer business segment). The position carries expectation to initiate changes, develop initiatives and perform standard operating procedures effectively and efficiently to support the excellent delivery of marketing operations, customer relations and performance reporting.


Job Responsibilities
Execute the job portfolio by performing operations, coordination and controlling functions in marketing services, including but not limited to sales & marketing operations, brand management, campaign management, social media communications, customer enquiries, go-to-market support, market research, and business reporting.
Required to work closely with external parties such as sales & marketing vendors and regulators to assure high commercial, governance, operational and regulatory compliance standard.
Provide support services and accommodate additional & ad-hoc duties as assigned from time-to-time.


Job Requirements
Initiative taker with positive attitude, willing to learn, passionate and a keen eye to detail.
Self-motivated, able to plan and prioritize workload and withstand work pressure in order to achieve deadlines.
Ability to work well independently and identify problems and develop potential solutions.
Exhibit sound process improvement skills and innovate ways to enhance the process and control effectiveness.
Pleasant personality and work as team player and part of a dynamic team to advance operational standard.
Good interpersonal with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and functions.


Essential and Functional Skills Required
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
Specializing in sales & marketing support, social media management or corporate communications and experience in telecom domain functionality will be an added advantage.
Preferably with 2 years’ experience in telecommunications, IT, FMCG, distribution, banking, manufacturing or outsourcing environment.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Competent in Microsoft Office applications and business information system.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
