I reside in Canada, am involved in the industry and can tell you with 100% confidence that there is no such thing as an exemption to the federal laws. You either are licensed federally or you are not. Also, at a minimum, it takes over a year to get a license and that is with fast track, already having a license, yet expanding. There are very few legal licenses as you know and this company does not have one nor will they have one in the near future IMO. You also do NOT receive a license until you have had your final inspection and your BUILDING has been inspected and approved. You CANNOT receive a license without this. No ifs and's or buts. And everyone that has received a license is listed on the Health Canada website. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If anyone has any kind of information (facts with supporting links from Health Canada not conjecture) that can show me within Health Canada that there is an exemption, and companies growing within it, please let me know because I know many fully backed companies that have been waiting for years to get their final inspection. There is absolutely no way to fast track a license with Health Canada period!. Especially on a random piece of property that has no indoor space. The Canadian government just does not issue licenses for that sort of stuff. Maybe you believe so, but it is NOT true.
Even if EAPH has the acreage they say they have, which they don't IMO they will never get licensed and certainly are not licensed now. For them to say their lawyers said they passed all hurdles and are good to grow using some non existent exemption, I will confidently say right now that it is not true.
IMO EAPH is the own nothing, zero revenue king. I have never seen or heard of a company that has so many multi million and billion dollar deals going on within for years and to keep pointing to those deals only to consistently have ZERO revenue. Where is Ibliss? Its done right? It was PR'd as done! Why is their numbers not on the financials? They don't own it man. Just like all the other spewed bs. Its not complicated.
I would be suspicious of people who spin the story otherwise IMO.
