Yes, going it alone is one option but in all probability (in my opinion) Elite will partner with an entity having an existing marketing infrastructure.

Approval is one thing, but it doesn't pay the bills. Sales do. If Nasrat goes it alone, it will have the same effect as no approval in the first place.
