Nada nada nada.. Numero uno, an SEC suspended company has ZERO shell value.. Numero dos, unless the seller (Michie) has voting control that can be passed on to the shell buyer there is ZERO value.. Michie and board have ZERO voting control unless/until they can garnish more than 200m common shares (no preferred).. So anyway you look at it PFSD has ZERO value as is and ZERO value as a shell..
