What?? The answers I seek are never answered:

1. Where are the financials
2. Do they have the acquisition money, plus working capital sufficient to meet FAA requirements
3. Have they paid for the C-Check and what is the timing
4. Why haven’t they got current with NY SOS? How can they sign letter documents when they are not a corporation in good standing
5. What are the terms of the financing
6. Why did they fail to meet the 10/15 closing date

I could go on, but if anyone has factual answers, that can be independently verified, would appreciate it.
