The Moelis SCAM plan now makes more sense. Berkowitz needed an exit from the junior preferred knowing he would have to close his hedge fund.

He was able to sell off his preferred stock to gullible and innocent retail investors. Now they are holding an empty bag. No voting rights, no damages for back dividends,...nothing.

It really is a pity.

The common equity is about the companies future, and it is bright.
