So from my understanding shares are just getting issued now? I would say they settled for 800k or less. An average of .005 would make it about 160 million shares to settle debt and the last of debt is done and they we get the big redomicle and name change. Not great, but not terrible. Could be less shares depending on actual settle of payables. Either way it’s getting done. 160 million or so is pretty small compared to the 1.4 billion he retired. IMO.
