After Nov 13 (13 months from last ASM) a shareholder could petition DE CC to set a meeting.... at that time mgmt loses control of the situation imo given shareholder that calls meeting proably controls agenda...

I would assume the Court orders the company to hold a meeting within 30(?). As such management is still running the show.

The practical difficulties in some random joe holding the meeting are huge.

Would be fun your way though. Say Nov 13 rolls around and 'Loof goes to court and gets an order allowing him to hold the ASM. Party at the Shack !!!
