They explained it by raising the A/S to 15 billion.

Another 5 billion shares to be diluted by the toxics.

The challenge now is to get more retail buyers to pick up those $.0001s. If not, they'll be forced to reverse split to get more toxic loans.

When you think "there can't be that many people falling for this", remember the Bernie Madoff story and recall that over $50 BILLION of smart money fell for a great story.
