He has listed 3 Entities on the books of McCusker Co that we don't have balance sheets for? Has to be "books" for these right?

You'd think so. Of course, back in February two sets of financial statements were posted at OTCMarkets, but they were for McCusker & Company and Service USA. Which were NOT sold by McCusker to ORRV, according to the BK filings.

McCusker Holding is who is named in the lawsuits, not McCusker Co or Service USA.....that adds a twist for sure!

I agree. McCusker Holding WAS sold to ORRV. So it seems to me that those debts ought to be ORRV's, not Will's personally.
