I have found mucho info on it. Most of it is premium services of some type.

It just depends how much service you want. There are free sites to follow Unusual Option Activity, (UOA).

But as you said the big thing here is are they buying calls/puts of selling
calls or puts?

To know that exactly you would need a premium service. $99.00 per month is the cheapest I've seen. However some pump out 10-20 trades per day leaving you with no time to research them to see if you want the trade.

Three things I have found to be important f you want to go this route.
1. You have to learn Ichimoku Cloud.
2. You have to be real good with TOS
3. You have to be willing to have small 100% losses to have
mega wins.
