No reason anyone with any rational thought process could put together that the stock should be down today or the stock should not be at least $3. Three analysts have recently put a $4 price Target on the stock and there have been millions of dollars purchased by institutions this year. This stock is going to go up 10 to 20 times in a very short period of time once people actually get it.
