CAFC decision puts us looking at June-JUly-August
Then time for the whole process of district court which is where the real payoff will come.
Wifi One, small bump maybe,
but Judge Panel will be a MAJOR catalyst depending on draw as good, bad, or neutral. The CAFC calendar date I am guessing will be 1st week of Jan, should be a small run-up leading to that as well.
SCOTUS case could be a MAJOR move up, CAFC decision will be a major up unless it is negative, but the stats really don't point to that at all.
We MIGHT get on District court calendar before the end of 2018, but you will not get a decision that is for sure before the end of 2018.
If you are buying in sub .04 there will be a lot of options to trade and be able to ride into the big payday with FREE shares.

As you have noticed I have been rather preoccupied with the timeline.
Timeline is important, and the timeline is shrinking with a really good idea of when all of these things happen and when we head to District court, even if you don't hold through the decision of District you should have been able to make really nice returns if you want out before then all the way, or have the big payoff, Judgement or Settlement with zero risk other than UNLREALIZED gains. SOme people think unrealized gains means they lost money, I look at it as the only money I lose is the money I out in, profits aren't profits till you take them off the table.
