Agree absolutely, IVIT/ACGX have been very selective in the information they release to the public.

Ideally, companies should keep their shareholders up to date with major changes so that they can work out what their percentage is of the total. I'd very much like to know what Sorkin's share is, I suspect that he issues enough shares to himself to make sure he always has a majority control of the company. We should know who the major holders are for us to have an understanding of this company.

But it's not just shares where we need more information. The accounts IMHO hide a multitude of disasters. They don't need to be audited, but they could show more information than they presently do.

My understanding is that companies should not withold information that would have a material affect on the share price. I suppose one could argue that the SP takes into account the possibility of the company going bust in the near future.

If Sorkin wants the SP to go up, then he should tell us all what's really happening!
