Has anyone taken a look at IGPN. Its Comp is Marchex, but IGPN is purely focused on making accretive acquisitions that they can institutionalize and make them much more profitable. Similar to their first acquisition IRS.com.

They also just acquired banks.com - which is very similar to Marchex biggest money maker debts.com.

This company has done everything right and with its recent acquisitions will significantly reduce the seasonality in its business (1st qtr the strongest, 2nd qtr second strongest, 4th qtr third strongest, and 3rd qtr weakest).

Company definitely meets the VMC criteria and I believe they should also meet the criteria for a higher listing (amex or nasdaq) - they just moved up to the amex.

Mgmt seems simple and honest as well. They also own a good amount of the company so they should definitely be aligned wiht shareholder value.
