The upper limit of the purchase order is $21.4 million assuming Darkpulse can successfully negotiate and then deliver the full $107 million value AND get paid.

There is no evidence they have even signed a deal yet for the $107 million let alone actually executed anything so far.

The PR was clear...Darkpulse is still negotiating.
