To date, we have filed five provisional patents with the United States Patent and Regulatory Office (USPTO), all related to our drug development projects,
specifically the use of cannabinoid receptor modulators and/or terpenes to treat certain diseases or medical conditions. Assuming the successful completion of
clinical trials, of which there can be no assurance, we believe that we will be able to secure patent protections and retain the intellectual rights.
