I don't care if insiders get a 60% discount to market, you can't sell millions of dollars of stock into the BID with absolutely no BID support without losing your butt. It's ridiculous. Not to mention volume has been nonexistent for a longtime now, insiders aren't going to sell millions of dollars worth the stock at the clip of a few hundred dollars at a time if that. Also, if you look at the most recent form 4's insiders were buying at .80 all the way down to .03, they were buying the whole time and they weren't selling any at .50 or .60 when MMTC was current in their filings, if they were selling there would have been filings. Why would they wait to sell now at .15?
