Excellent points, but keep in mind, agricultural a little magnified, as well as extractions....

Various areas within production SOP's can't exactly pinpoint (at least until things are "dialed in")...strain and specific cut nuances, new populations for pheno selections (hunting per se), even extractions vary as well (strain and batch specific)....different temperatures and pressures for different strains and cuts, etc....of which many seasoned veterans have usually several/many years under belt, but facilities hiring people out of school and other industries who have never even seen a cannabis plant, let alone processed them.....

Dry process in itself not as simple as many might think, and actually post processing is the number 1 failure/shortcoming in majority of facilities...

I've actually seen $20MM facilities just order their stock from a seed catalog :) lol.......(One of the reasons this is quite serious is they don't know what they're ordering and why, and of course, stock (seed) just like anything else in the sense of reputable sources, various lines (and questionable sources and stability in those lines)....etc....and just compounds the issues. (That same breeder pack might say something is a 55 day (flower), but the final selection might be a 69 day ;).....

Not as simple as most think, and most truly don't "get it"....(because, again, "It's just a weed and anyone can do it, right"? :) lol

Throw on that most groups entering the space have no respect for their end consumer or the product the deliver to them...

I think many consumers would be quite surprised if they knew how many individuals directly involved in ownership viewed them....."Just giving their junkie buyers their drugs"....

I've actually walked away and passed on some immensely lucrative offers from such people...

Not to say there aren't good people out there....but the more such groups enter the space, it's becoming more and more common to see the above.....

It's too personal to be business.
