how this CEO can send a letter to every shareholder during August 2016 saying don't worry this is just a shipping cycle we are going thru - I hope you trust in me and support me, tells the investor relations to post in again on Nov 2016 to all shareholders vs speaking to us and then do just the opposite there-after including stealing 2 of the newest ships from Box to Allseas for nothing


this CEO if he incorporated in USA vs the Marshall Islands with his disclosures of massive amts of conflicts of interests so he can essentially steal from shareholders and not go to jail is the reason this company is where it is at

he is interested in creating wealth for his related entities

if he ever got smart and actually did something for BOX Ships and its shareholders - the equity value would grow significantly and he would be able to raise capital

but he has not put a dime of money into BOX only his affiliate entities - that's what is holding up BOX recovery
