I have been through 100s of financings, of all kinds, and while certain aspects may be embargoed, I have never seen a financier ask for a blanket NDA. Such agreements are illegal. Public companies are obligated to disclose material events to shareholders, and financiers cannot bar them from doing so. And any financier wants publicity, to increase the value of the stock.
